Venue & Catering
Based in the heart of Remuera, we trust that our families will feel at home in our surroundings which have remained true to the building’s gracious heritage while keeping up with the times.
The ground floor is dedicated to providing comfortable facilities for the use of families, including sitting rooms and private viewing rooms. Off street parking is also available.
While we are happy to arrange the funeral in the church or venue of your choice we do have a space that can provide small family farewells for up to 20 people. Alternatively some families like to have the ceremony in their own home or garden or somewhere that has meaning to your loved one – we can advise you on all the options and venues available.
Whatever venue you choose we are able to organise catering for the gathering after the funeral.

holy trinity cathedral
Capacity 1000 seated
The Cathedral Chancel is a spectacular venue suitable for large services, with high ceiling arches, polished wooden floors and beautiful acoustics.
St mary's
Capacity 550 seated
St Mary’s-in-Holy Trinity is over 120 years old and made almost exclusively from native Heart Kauri. It is one of the larger wooden churches in New Zealand but still provides an intimate atmosphere for a funeral service.

Our local Cemetery and Crematorium – Purewa, offers 2 modern and comfortable spaces for families to gather and relax in while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee and delicious food.
