Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, 31 October 2025. Dearly loved husband of Laxmi. Beloved father of Jayprakash and Satish. Father-in-law of Jayna and Rashmi. Grandfather of Shree and Joel, Devisha, Heetasha, Prashan and Monish. Great grandfather of Xavier and Tiya. Brother of Arvind, Bhagvati, Manjula, Ashok, Nirmala, Surekha, Virendra and Mahesh.

You will forever remain in our hearts. We love you always.

A service to celebrate Vinod’s life will be held at Purewa Cemetery, 100/102 Saint Johns Road, Meadowbank, Auckland 1072, on Monday, 3 November at 4.00pm, followed by a private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, a donation box will be available for those who wish to contribute to St Johns Ambulance in Vinod’s memory.
