Passed away peacefully at home on the evening of 31st January 2025, aged 86 years.
Dearly loved husband to Mary, father to Anna, Cam and Liz, father-in-law to Tim, Kristen and Mark. Beloved grandfather of George, Fred, Poppy and Olive Tingey, Mitch, Louis and Francesca Eglinton.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at his church, Kohimarama Presbyterian, 34 Kohimarama Road on Wednesday 5th February at 11.00am.
