Passed away peacefully 3 February 2024. Beloved husband of the late Libby Smith, step-dad to Paul and Sarah and James, Gramps to Jasper and Poppy.
Keen sailor, walker and cruciverbalist.
A memorial service to celebrate Derek’s life will be held on Tuesday 13 February at Five Knots at Tamaki Yacht Club, 30 Tamaki Drive,
Mission Bay at 11am.
