Born 24 December 1947, passed away peacefully on 11 May 2024 aged 76, following a short illness.

Cherished husband of the late Christine, adored father of Alice and Sally, respected father-in-law of Rory, admired step-grandfather of Sian and Kenzie. Beloved brother of John and Trish, brother-in-law of Shona and Raymond, Bruce and Gail. Admired uncle, colleague and friend to many.
A service to celebrate Alan’s life will be held on Friday 17 May at 10am, at Our Lady of The Sacred Heart Church, Banff Ave, Epsom. In lieu of
flowers, please consider making a donation to Northland Rescue Helicopters.
